I've been a victim of this scam as well, and they recently billed me again on my credit card as an annual renewal without our consent or notification.

The company that owns 'Yellow Pages Directories' is ADTEL AMERICA located in Carrollton, TX 75006.
They list Fed Tax ID # 71-090174- this number does not show up as being issued.
